- Books/games as per plan will be delivered together and exchanged together – after 4 weeks for Exchange-every-month plans, whenever you schedule an exchange in Unlimited plans.
- In Unlimited plans, up to 4 exchanges (including the first delivery/exchange of the cycle) will be free of delivery/pickup charges in each 4-week cycle.
- Subscription can be cancelled or paused any time by returning the contents
- Deposit will be refunded immediately on cancellation
